Job Description
Key objective of the Account Executive is to increase revenue
and market presence in the Atlanta Metro and southern Georgia
area, by aggressive selling into the commercial sector customer
base.

volume of outbound calls and identifying new projects
and business initiatives

response, and relationship building with customer base

VoIP Support Specialist
Qualifications
-
1 - 2 years experience with Cisco CallManager software
-
Ability to determine, evaluate and diagnose call routing
and system performance issues, and to recommend and
implement solutions

Troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving
complex call routing problems

Working knowledge of network protocol analyzers and
similar troubleshooting tools

Extensive knowledge of the IP protocol and associated
routing issues

Previous experience with Cisco Systems networking
products including routers, LAN switches, and VoIP
gateways

Ability to follow documented procedures and escalation

Job Description
-
Provide support and deployment services for a large
client base including VoIP installation, consisting of
primarily Cisco products.

Responsible for system installation and configuration of
new handsets, conference phones, and various network
devices

Provide troubleshooting support as needed for both VoIP
and other network components

Provide engineering and consulting support with Cisco
Call Manager and Unity software

Provide technical assistance in network planning,
engineering, and deployment as system is expanded

Unified Communications Engineer
– Microsoft and Cisco Integration,
An Architect to work on the design and integration of
Microsoft's new Unified Communications platform and Cisco's UC
platforms including, Call Manger, Express and UC-500.
Network Engineering background
-
Analyzes network characteristics (e.g., traffic, connect
time, transmission speeds, packet sizes, and throughput)
and recommends modifications, if required, to network
design/components
-
Understands of alternative methods of networking i.e.
wireless
-
Able to determine the solution’s network impact
-
MUST HAVE 5+ years of Sr. Technical Leadership
experience, with AT LEAST the most recent 2+ of those
years on large scale Infrastructure (preferably in a
Cisco/Microsoft environment) related projects. Must have
experience leading and completing several large scale
Infrastructure/Network related projects from conception
to completion (from establishment of business
requirements through deliverables)

MUST HAVE demonstrated in depth knowledge of internet
business practices and operations

MUST HAVE the ability to understand complex Internet/eCommerce
Infrastructures, and technical operations environments,
and the ability to communicate issues and solution
approaches to senior technology management are
imperative to success in this position

Must have demonstrated experience leading diverse
technical staff (including Unix/Microsoft Sys Admin,
Cisco Network Engineers, Oracle DBAs, NOC) and
non-technical staff

Must have extensive knowledge with Cisco Routers &
Switches, Microsoft Server 2003 environments

Project Management experience is a plus. Any PMI or
related certifications a plus

CCVP and/or recent MS certifications are a big plus
General Skills

MUST HAVE impeccable interpersonal and communication

Should have BS and/or MS in CS or related field

Microsoft Windows Server Senior Administrator
Individual contributor to the test and support organization for
the design and support of new Microsoft OS platforms.

Senior level engineer with prior 3-5 years experience in
the deployment and support of network directory
services.

Windows 2000 experience required. Knowledge of the
following areas:

Active Directory server roles (FSMO)

Directory replication
-
Forest, domain and site architecture

Kerberos security authentication
-
RAID file structures
-
Data migration and data backup and recovery procedures
including VERITAS Net backup

DNS, DHCP. IP Routing

Cisco networking experiences a plus

Excellent written language skills a must

Must be able to function in a team environment
Engineering background

Capable of analyzing system requirements and developing
a test plan including test cases and procedures from
those requirements

Must be able to plan the execution of these tests in a
lab environment and work with network design engineers
to remedy discovered defects during testing

Capable of working in a Network Operations Center
environment to support the remediation of defects
reported from a production network environment

Capable of analyzing submitted defects for accuracy by
reproducing the defect in a laboratory environment
-
Must be able to work with network design engineers to
remedy discovered defects and verify proposed solutions
in a lab environment

Familiarity with the following:

Test tools such as packet sniffers and packet generation
tools

Test automation tools such as Winrunner

Incident management systems such as Peregrine

Configuration management systems such as ClearCase
General Skills

Articulate
